We are seeking a skilled Centre Cook to join our team at Goodstart Caloundra. As a Centre Cook, you will play a vital role in providing delicious and nutritious meals for our children. Your passion for food and commitment to quality will make a significant impact on the daily experiences of our children.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare meals that cater to special dietary requirements and allergies, ensuring the safety of our children.
- Plan menus and order food supplies in consultation with the Centre Director, utilizing your creativity and organizational skills.
- Maintain high standards of food safety by ensuring all storage, handling, and preparation of food and drinks is hygienic.
- Work a part-time roster of 25 hours per week.
Our centre is situated in the heart of Caloundra, close to shopping centres, schools, and public transport. We provide care and education for children from 15 months to school age, with a centre vision of "Together as a family, for children".
What We Offer- We pay highly competitive wages, at least 5% above the national award rates.
