As a Goodstart Educator, you'll be part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators to craft exceptional learning programs for children. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.

About Our Centre:

  • Our centre is conveniently located in West Dubbo, near primary schools and shopping areas, with accessible parking and bus routes.
  • We can accommodate up to 90 children aged six weeks to five years and feature a fully equipped kitchen for preparing nutritious meals.
  • All educators are fully qualified and bring diverse skills and interests to enhance the educational experience.
  • Our play-based curriculum aligns with the Early Years' Learning Framework, focusing on individual child interests and preparing them for school.
  • Outdoor areas combine natural and manmade elements, promoting environmental awareness and imaginative play.

Requirements:

  • Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
