Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team at Recovre as a Rehabilitation Consultant Expert. This role will be based in Hobart and involves working closely with clients, stakeholders, and the rehabilitation team.

The ideal candidate will have strong influencing skills and the ability to empower clients in their recovery journey. They will also possess a collaborative mindset and be able to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Build trust with clients and establish collaborative partnerships with all stakeholders
  • Identify hurdles to return to work following illness or injury, collaborating to problem solve and achieve safe and sustainable recovery
  • Conduct thorough assessments, including Vocational, Pre-Employment, Activities of Daily Living, Workplace, and Ergonomic evaluations
  • Manage cases and reporting while traveling to clients and working flexibly from home or the office

Requirements:

  • Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Provisional or Registered Psychologist
  • Registration with AHPRA, ESSA accreditation (AEP), ASORC or RCAA
  • A commitment to Recovre's mission and values, whether you are an experienced professional or a new graduate
