Aquatic Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Aquatic Program Manager to promote aquatic programs, build and lead a team, and deliver exceptional customer service.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is dedicated to delivering high-quality aquatic programming at a state-of-the-art facility.

The Aquatic Program Manager will be responsible for managing the swim school and related services, leading the team to ensure the delivery of swim school programs meets the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement and promote the GOSwim program in line with industry best practices.
  • Develop and execute plans through collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Manage resources and prepare required reports.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and develop a passionate, professional, and highly engaged swim school team.

About You:

You will have a passion for swimming and student progression, strong communication skills, and a commitment to customer service excellence. You must demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with students from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Swim School environment and demonstrated ability to lead a team. You must possess values such as integrity, excellence, courage, openness, respect, leadership, and accountability.
