Echuca Regional Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our Aged Care team through our Transition to Practice program. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our patients and their families.

• Deliver safe and effective evidence-based nursing care to patients in our Aged Care department.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Act as a patient advocate and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Participate in mandatory meetings and contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and skills specific to the Aged Care setting.

• Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
