Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital and Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing go-to-market strategies and digital campaigns to support growth, engagement, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and update digital community platforms to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Optimize website content and user experience to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Conduct content audits and maintain website accuracy to ensure consistency and credibility.
  • Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports to inform marketing strategies.
  • Foster and manage online communities to build brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Create and distribute newsletters to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Support go-to-market strategies for new digital offerings to drive growth and revenue.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels to maintain brand integrity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
Selection Criteria
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Creative, Content, Digital, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of industry-specific experience in digital marketing, social media, and creative design.
  • Proven experience in digital platforms, social media, and creative design as well as Website design and CMS management experience.
  • Experience with SEO and digital marketing strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Data analysis and performance monitoring experience to inform marketing strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines to drive business outcomes.
