Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and creative make-up artist to join our team in-store. As a key member of our retail team, you will provide an exceptional customer experience, combining your artistic skills with a passion for people to inspire and educate customers.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team, contributing to the creation of impactful in-store events and ensuring that our visual merchandising standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise, ideally with certification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience. While amateur level experience is welcome, all applicants must be able to provide proof of their ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
