Project Director

Randstad is proud to partner with a leading company in the Australian mining industry. We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to manage multiple mining projects across mechanical and civil engineering aspects.
This permanent role will be based in our client's office in the Adelaide CBD, with regular travel to mine sites as required. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing projects, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of mechanical and civil engineering projects on mine sites.
- Engage and mentor project superintendents to ensure project success.
- Oversee budgets and reporting for project portfolios.
- Liaise with stakeholders and leadership teams to ensure project progress.
- Manage contractors and budgets to ensure project quality.
- Provide financial input to leadership meetings and project requirements.
- Tertiary qualifications in mining, civil, or mechanical engineering.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects in a mining environment.
- Experience managing contractors and budgets in a mining project environment.
- Previous experience with financial management of mining projects.
