Automotive Expertise Wanted

As a skilled Automotive Technical Advisor, you will provide expert guidance and troubleshooting support to customers in need of assistance with their vehicles. You will stay updated with the latest automotive technologies, features, and industry trends to ensure you can provide the most up-to-date information to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage and free fault diagnosis bookings at service centers
  • Effectively manage customer inquiry channels including telephony, digital, and face-to-face interactions for automotive advice, guidance, or technical assistance
  • Proactively create opportunities and follow-ups to convert customer inquiries into product and service offers to achieve business objectives
  • Aid customers in understanding complex automotive concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborate with the on-site and mobile service team to ensure efficient problem resolution
  • Document interactions and provide detailed reports for further analysis

Requirements:

  • Qualifications and experience within the light vehicle automotive industry
  • Solid technical background in automotive repairs and diagnostics
  • Proven experience in achieving objectives individually and as part of a team
  • Previous exposure and use of relevant software including MS Word and Excel
  • Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on providing exceptional service
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
  • Flexibility to travel between different locations as needed
