We are currently seeking a highly motivated Business or Marketing Graduate to join our Sales Department. As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for assisting with sales workloads, developing an understanding of Liftronic's available products and services, and presenting high-level verbal and written reports to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work within a dynamic team environment;
  • Assist with IT and general programming to support sales workloads;
  • Develop an understanding of Liftronic's available products and services;
  • Possess the ability to present high-level verbal and written reports to our varied customers;
  • Discuss business opportunities with management teams and clients;
  • Provide tender proposals to pricing requests from clients;
  • Support the National Sales Manager in executing content across all social media channels;
  • Actively assist in growing all social media accounts for Liftronic PTY LTD;
  • Work closely with all areas of the business to ensure we work as one business to drive core business objectives of growth, engagement, and conversions;
  • Assist in driving website/social media traffic and engagement via photos and on-brand messages;
  • Execute competitions, third-party relationships, and other initiatives which drive growth and enhance brand recognition.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong understanding of sales and marketing principles;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • A strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
  • An Australian driver's license and valid passport (for interstate travel).
