We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Early Learning Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding children's early learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and issuing employment contracts and related documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with company policies.
  • Verifying mandatory pre-employment documents to ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements.
  • Providing exceptional administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team to maintain a smooth operation.

What You'll Bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in HR or working towards one.
  • Work experience in a TA or HR function.
  • A working knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices.
  • A valid Blue Card and National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one.
