Role Summary
You will play a key role in shaping our live streaming products. Your responsibilities include:
- Participating in product planning, focusing on interactive features, content ecosystems, and user experience optimization.
- Staying up-to-date with global content trends and user behavior differences, and assisting the team in analyzing user needs and supporting product strategy.
- Supporting the development and refinement of data monitoring systems, and taking part in user research, A/B testing, and behavioral data analysis to inform product decisions.
- Collaborating closely with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth product development and high-quality delivery.
- Collecting and analyzing post-launch user feedback and product data, participating in product reviews, and contributing to continuous product improvement and iteration.
Requirements
To be successful, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree or above in any major, with a strong interest in live streaming, content platforms, or internet products.
- Familiarity with mainstream content platforms.
- Strong logical thinking and product sensitivity, with a passion for observing user behavior and turning insights into product ideas.
- Solid communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in English for working in a global environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in data analysis is preferred, as well as experience as a content creator on social or video platforms.
