Home Care Worker Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to work with a fantastic team across the region, providing exceptional care and support to clients.


About the Role

This is a part-time position offering a minimum of 15 hours per week, with opportunities to work up to 30 hours. You will be trained on-the-job and complete a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) during paid work time.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Assist with personal care, such as showering, dressing, and grooming.
  • Transport clients to and from appointments and engage in respite and social support activities.

Requirements
  • Have a great attitude and reliable communication skills.
  • Be willing to learn and work in a team environment.
  • Hold a current driver's licence, have a reliable vehicle, and insurance.
  • Have regular availability and be fit and healthy.
