About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Tradelink. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our Dubbo branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our product range, helping them to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including local builders and plumbers.
  • Process sales, create quotes, and manage customer accounts in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Intermediate computing skills and experience with sales software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Driver's License and willingness to travel to customer sites.
