Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Attendant.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are clean and well-maintained. This includes thoroughly cleaning all sections of the guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and restocking housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organized and well-equipped.

In addition, you will be required to report maintenance issues promptly to ensure a flawless experience for our guests.

Respect for guest privacy and security is essential in this role, while also upholding their comfort and satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is highly advantageous.
  • A warm and welcoming communication style where guests and team members feel at ease.
  • Excellent attention to detail and efficient time management skills.
  • Ability to navigate between rooms using internal and external staircases and open pathways.
  • A collaborative mindset with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
