**Temporary Full-Time Position Available**

We are seeking a qualified and experienced PD/H/PE teacher to join our team at Corpus Christi Catholic High School. The successful applicant will be responsible for teaching PD/H/PE and supporting the growth of our students in faith and learning.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Deep understanding and commitment to the mission and purpose of the Catholic School within the broader Catholic Church.
  • Ability to create and maintain an orderly, safe, and supportive learning environment based on the principles of PB4L.
  • Capacity to apply knowledge of the diverse needs of students to support their full participation in learning.
  • Effective planning and implementation of teaching and learning in PD/H/PE.
  • Use of a range of assessment strategies and analysis of data to inform student learning.
  • Commitment to engage professionally with colleagues, parents/caregivers, and the wider school community.

General Capabilities:

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Appropriate qualifications for teaching nominated Key Learning Area(s).
  • Level B Accreditation in accordance with To Work, Teach and Lead policy or a commitment to gain level within the first 5 years of employment with CEDoW.
  • Registration to teach with NESA.

Working with Children Clearance:

This role is classified as child-related work and therefore a Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required prior to employment with CEDoW.
