About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Relief Chef to join our team at Opal HealthCare. As a Culinary Leader, you will be responsible for providing support to our chefs across Greater Sydney and Central West regional areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to various sites to provide relief and support to our chefs
  • Oversee and manage the creation and delivery of meals and events
  • Ensure detailed compliance with our food safety program
  • Create hero moments for our customers by delivering high-quality meals and exceptional customer service
  • Work collaboratively with our teams to achieve our goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Head Chef in Aged Care / Hotels or similar settings
  • Food Safety Supervisory Certification
