This is a vital role in the Eating Disorder Service, focusing on providing clinical leadership and overseeing daily operations. The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in eating disorders and a passion for delivering quality care.
The Role Overview- Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver specialist community intensive treatment for adults with an eating disorder.
- Oversee optimal clinical processes and individual client outcomes.
- Effectively manage resources and human capital.
- Drive change initiatives statewide and regionally.
- Enhance consumer and carer participation at all levels of the service.
- Develop and implement clinical strategies and protocols.
- Establish effective working relationships and communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve high-quality care.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Salary: $114,851 to $121,886 per annum (pro rata).
- 12% superannuation contribution.
- Post Graduate Allowance up to 10% based on qualification type.
