About the Opportunity
This is a full-time, permanent position based at the Ipswich Campus, with possible work required at other TAFE Queensland campuses.
We are seeking an Electrotechnology Trainer who can develop and deliver high-quality learning and teaching to a diverse range of clients through vocational education and training programs.
The successful candidate will have strong industry knowledge and experience in electrotechnology studies, with a focus on delivering practical and relevant training that meets industry skills standards.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Designing and implementing assessment tools and processes;
- Leading and managing effective teaching and learning within classroom, workplace, simulated and online learning environments;
- Utilising flexible, blended and inclusive learning techniques, options and products;
- Developing effective working relationships with students, client groups and staff;
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed;
- A Certificate III in Electrotechnology Studies (UEE30811).
