Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Digital Director to lead and manage our digital planning and client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in digital media or marketing, with a strong grasp of performance media (planning and buying) and knowledge of performance media platforms.

This role involves managing a team of digital professionals, leading digital planning responses on key briefs and new business, driving innovation and trialling of new digital media, and working closely with the digital performance team on operations outputs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling the day-to-day operational effectiveness and efficiencies of the team, delegating and task managing up, down and across well, and ensuring happy clients and efficient, effective, happy and motivated teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage digital planning and client relationships.
  • Manage a team of digital professionals.
  • Develop and implement digital strategies.
  • Drive innovation and trial new digital media.
  • Work closely with the digital performance team on operations outputs.
  • Control the day-to-day operational effectiveness and efficiencies of the team.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital media or marketing.
  • Strong grasp of performance media (planning and buying).
  • Knowledge of performance media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
