Eyewear Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Optical Dispenser to join our team in a full-time permanent role. As an Optical Dispenser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and delivering high-quality eyewear solutions.

• Provide expert eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients and prospective clients.
• Dispense lenses and frames according to prescriptions provided by our Optometrists.
• Build meaningful relationships with our clients to ensure repeat business.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
• Work a Sunday-Thursday roster.

• 1+ years of experience in optical or 2+ years of retail sales experience.
• Previous experience with store opening/closing duties.
• Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.
• Confident, clear, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to build trusting and respectful relationships.
• Self-motivated, positive, and friendly manner.
• Optical work experience preferred.
