Job Title

This casual opportunity is based in Dubbo, with a variety of shift times available including morning, daytime and evening. The hourly rate is competitive.

We are seeking a passionate, empathetic, and caring individual who is looking to make a positive impact on the lives of others. You will be working independently, but also as part of a tight-knit team. This role requires you to be calm, collected, and resilient in the face of adversity.

  • Provide person-centred support to clients in the community
  • Work collaboratively within a team and follow directions from managers
  • Respond to client needs with empathy, calmness, and resilience
  • Maintain safety and wellbeing of participants and comply with relevant policies

To be successful in this role, you will possess a Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services or related fields (an advantage but not mandatory), a current valid Driver's License and a registered, insured vehicle, satisfactory Police Records Check and Working with Children Check, manual handling training desirable, rights to work in Australia, willingness to work flexible hours on a fortnightly roster, availability and willingness to use personal smartphone, current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one, NDIS Workers Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.
