Deliver with Purpose

Australia's leading delivery service is seeking an experienced driver to join our team.

  • As a Mail Sorting Officer, you'll work at a mail and parcel processing centre, sorting mail for next-day delivery and supporting local communities.
  • You'll collaborate with a friendly team to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with standard letter, large letter, small parcel, and Express Post article processing.
  • Drive a company van when necessary.
  • Manually handle and sort mail articles when machine sorting isn't possible.
  • Load and unload mail from bags, trays, containers, and metal cages (Unit Loading Devices).
  • Work with sophisticated processing equipment and lines.
  • Operate load shifting equipment, such as hand pallet devices and stackers, while cooperating with operations staff.

About You:

  • You're flexible with additional hours if required.
  • You have excellent memory, attention to detail, and can regularly lift up to 16kgs of mail and parcels.
  • Experience with manual pallet jacks or stackers is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • You hold a valid driver's license.
