Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting customers with training and development to succeed in their roles. You will be the vital link between our branch, customers, and projects, providing expert advice, pickups, deliveries, and ensuring equipment is ready for hire.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instruct and demonstrate safe equipment use to customers.
  • Perform pickups and deliveries of equipment from customer sites, including loading and unloading safely.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions.
  • Maintain equipment quality through regular servicing and minor repairs.
  • Clean branch facilities and perform equipment maintenance as required.
  • Conduct equipment inspections.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants come from various backgrounds, such as customer service, building and construction, hospitality, retail, driver, landscaping, trade, and maintenance. To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • Availability to work Saturdays.
  • Physical fitness, including lifting and standing for long periods.
  • The ability to pass a drug test.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A proactive and keen-to-learn attitude.
  • Interest in machinery and equipment (training provided).
  • A positive attitude and team player mindset.
  • COVID-19 vaccination preferred due to operating in the construction industry.
