This is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled Physiotherapist to join our Persistent Pain Service team as a valued member. The successful candidate will undertake assessment and treatment of patients with persistent pain, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and support to patients, aligning with the identified goals and self-management approach of the persistent pain programs.
- Attend and actively participate in clinical team meetings, contributing to the development of effective treatment plans.
- Assist in the collection, collation, and reporting of clinical outcome data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Contribute to research projects in the persistent pain specialty field, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices.
- Undertake assessments to determine potential participants' suitability to participate in particular programs of the Persistent Pain Service.
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist is essential.
