Compensation Specialist

A dynamic opportunity exists to support the HR operations for the Pacific region.

This role will encompass administration, delivery, and coordination of all payroll responsibilities across the business.

  • Administration, delivery, and coordination of all payroll responsibilities across the business.
  • Leave system, workcover claims, long service award, training coordination.
  • Support local teams on HR operations related issues.
  • Compliance with global-regional-country HR policies.
  • On-boarding and off-boarding processes.
  • Maintenance of employees' personal files.

Key requirements include 3+ years' experience in a similar role, basic accounting skills, sound knowledge of modern awards and employment contracts, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
