As a Registered Nurse in Aged Care, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our elderly residents and working collaboratively with your colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and mobility assistance
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments

Requirements- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Division 1

- Experience in leading and supervising teams of people
- Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care and ability to work in a team environment
- Provide a valid NDIS clearance check
- Proof of vaccination status consistent with public health orders
