Dining Professionals Needed

We are seeking highly motivated and friendly professionals to join our team as Food and Beverage Attendants. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Expertise: Provide friendly and efficient food & beverage service, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with our menu and promotions to offer informed recommendations and enhance the dining experience.
  • Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, and dietary needs to the kitchen in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to provide seamless and efficient service.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, adhering to clean-as-you-go procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with RSA standards at all times.

Requirements: Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment or customer service role, passion to learn and grow in the industry, flexible availability including weekends, and a current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment.
