This is a full-time permanent role located in a modern boutique family law firm in Adelaide CBD. As a Family Law Solicitor, you'll work within a small team with support to develop both your professional skills and independence.

About the Role

You will be given exposure to high-quality files that will challenge you. The firm only undertakes private paying clients, so you will have the opportunity to work on complex and interesting cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Family Law matters; children's care arrangements, property settlements, spousal maintenance, divorce and child support
  • Effective communication to clients and other legal professionals
  • Solutions orientated and great negotiation skills
  • Ability to adapt to emerging technology
  • Preparation of Family Law documents
  • Relevant Tertiary and post-graduate qualifications
