As a key member of our retail and catering operation, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Your primary focus will be on providing management support to one of our award-winning restaurants, working closely with the Restaurant Manager to help the business succeed. You will be an organised and self-disciplined individual with a positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to communicate effectively with teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profit margins.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards throughout the restaurant.
  • Collaborate with catering managers to ensure purchasing aligns with company product range.
  • Participate in management meetings and contribute to business planning.
  • Ensure high standards of food and housekeeping in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Liaise with Product Managers during the annual range review process.
  • Understand and actively contribute to the delivery of the business plan's goals.
  • Effectively utilise department resources to achieve targets.
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager and deputise in their absence as required.
  • Train and motivate the team to maximise sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant environment is essential.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Ability to cook is desirable.
