Disability Service Manager for NDIS Patient Care

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Disability Service Manager to join our Northern Adelaide Rehabilitation Service team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities.
As a Senior Case Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of high-quality services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Your primary responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing tailored support plans, and facilitating effective communication between clients, families, and service providers.
Key requirements for this position include substantial experience in case management and disability services, as well as exceptional communication, problem-solving and organisational skills. A person-centred approach is essential in navigating complex situations.
This is an expert-level role within your area and stream of practice, offering significant autonomy and decision-making capabilities.
To be eligible, you must hold an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification from one of the following Allied Health disciplines:
- Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia
- Physiotherapy Board of Australia
- Speech Pathology Australia
- Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA)
- Australian Association of Social Workers
- Podiatry Board of Australia
- Clinical or Health Psychology with PsyBA registration
- Exercise Sports Science Australia (ESSA)
