Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Assistant to support the execution of our marketing strategy and brand development.

This role involves collaborating with the Marketing Manager to ensure alignment across all marketing efforts and initiatives, contributing to the growth of the business and strengthening our brand presence locally and globally.

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in executing the marketing plan and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Oversee deliverables of sponsorship and partnership agreements, collaborating with the Marketing Manager to establish relationships with sponsors, partners, ambassadors, and influencers.

The ideal candidate will have previous marketing experience or qualifications in communications, marketing, or related discipline. They will be skilled at managing tasks efficiently and accurately, with a keen eye for detail and strong organisational and time management skills.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about marketing, has a creative problem-solving approach, and can generate new ideas. The successful applicant will also be proficient in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, and have knowledge of marketing, communications, and social media principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Management: Assist the Marketing Manager in executing the marketing plan and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Sponsorships & Partnerships: Oversee deliverables of sponsorship and partnership agreements, collaborating with the Marketing Manager to establish relationships with sponsors, partners, ambassadors, and influencers.
  • Wholesale Marketing: Work with the Sales team to identify marketing opportunities and collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute plans to support these opportunities.
  • Promotions & Campaigns: Assist the wider marketing team in executing campaigns, liaising with suppliers to design and create campaign materials, and coordinating the distribution of products when required.
  • Events Marketing: Regularly review overall event performance to ensure alignment with business goals and represent the company at key festivals and events as required.

Requirements
  • Previous marketing experience or qualifications in communications, marketing, or related discipline.
