About the Role

PERSOLKELLY is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Polling Position. As a key member of our election operations team, you will be responsible for managing the polling place, supervising staff, and ensuring the smooth execution of the electoral process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the polling place, including supervising staff and ensuring the smooth execution of the electoral process
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the electoral process
  • Collaborate with the Returning Officer and other team members to achieve election objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service to voters and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as election administration or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
