Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at Highgrove Bathrooms. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including banking, budgets, and rosters
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and maintaining a fully stocked store
- Manage trade accounts and stock control for the store
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the plumbing or interior sales industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships with staff and customers
- Good level of computer literacy and MS applications
