About the Role

As a key member of our Response Network, you will provide essential support to our members through our mobile app and onsite presence. Your experience in decision-making, response, and empathy will be crucial in this role.

You will work in a casual capacity, enjoying flexibility and work-life balance. Our 24-hour on-call roster offers opportunities to build and expand the network in Australia from the ground level.

Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct stakeholder engagement to support business and operational outputs
  • Nurture partnership relations, engagement, and training
  • Provide input to operational procedures and network management
  • Respond to emergency and non-emergency situations as required
Requirements
  • Recent or current experience in emergency services, military, and/or security-related work
  • Strong network of contacts in the local area
  • High level of self-awareness, motivation, and self-management
  • Ability to set priorities, act on key issues, and make quick decisions while displaying interpersonal sensitivity
  • Flexibility to work a flexible, on-call roster
Compensation and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you will receive remuneration for both on-call availability and incident responses. We also offer a generous compensation package, reflecting the importance of your role in our Response Network.

Please note that all employees are required to undergo a National Police Check and WWCC due to the nature of our industry.
