Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pharmacy Manager to join our team on a Permanent Full-Time basis. As a key member of our pharmacy, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading a high-performing team, and contributing to the development of our business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have proven experience in pharmacy management, with a strong focus on patient engagement and community service. You will be trained in and responsible for practicing and providing 777 Fundamentals, Foundational Services, and Allied Health Services, while embracing a patient-engagement model to drive collective impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Proprietor, provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring excellent patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with allied health professionals to develop holistic treatment plans and improve patient outcomes.
  • Engage with the community to promote pharmacy services and build relationships with local healthcare providers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Requirements
  • AHPRA registration (without conditions or undertakings)
  • Community pharmacy experience preferred
  • Eligible to administer immunisation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passionate focus on patient care and interaction
  • Positive attitude and commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
