**Job Description**

The Clinical Care Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our nursing home, including the coordination of clinical care, management of human resources, and implementation of policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the delivery of clinical care to residents, including the development of individual care plans and the management of medication.
  • Manage human resources, including recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
  • Implement policies and procedures, including infection control, safety, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including medicine, allied health, and administration, to ensure seamless service delivery.

About You

  • You have a strong background in nursing, with experience in a senior management role within the aged care sector.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
  • You are able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and are self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
  • You are proficient in the use of technology, including electronic medical records and other software applications.
