Nurse Care Provider

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Helping Hand. As a leading provider of aged care in communities across South Australia, we take pride in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering direct and comprehensive care to our residents, while supporting Enrolled Nurses and Residential Care Workers on shift. This includes using evidence-based approaches to deliver quality care, conducting assessments, reviews, and coordinating care plans and medical/clinical interventions.
Liaising with family members, doctors, care workers, and allied health professionals is also an essential part of this role. To be successful in this position, you will have a Bachelor of Nursing qualification, a current AHPRA registration, and the ability to operate smartphones and apps. A minimum of 6-12 months of work experience, preferably in aged care, is also highly regarded.
