Our organization is seeking experienced and committed casual home care workers to provide personal care, domestic assistance, and social support to our clients in their homes.

We require care workers who are willing to travel around Sydney and its surrounding suburbs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate client-focused behaviour, showing empathy and treating others with dignity and respect.

The selected candidates will need to possess a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing high-quality care to our clients.

Selection Criteria:

  • Certificate III in Community Support (desirable)
  • Experience within age care (desirable)
  • Driver's license
  • A car
  • Flu Vaccination
  • Current first aid certificate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and domestic assistance to clients in their homes
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Ability to commute/relocate to Campbelltown, NSW
  • Availability for day shift and morning shift hours
