Strategic Visionary Leader

The Sr Director, Enterprise Strategy will lead the company's annual Strategic Planning process. This involves aligning strategy and resources to deliver a robust plan for the future.
Main Responsibilities
- Challenging existing assumptions and striving for excellence in the annual Strategic Planning process.
- Collaborating with business and function leaders to facilitate workshops and prioritization exercises.
- Instilling rigor and discipline across the organization.
Ideal candidates have strong financial and analytical expertise, relevant business experience, and strategic skills to architect and manage diverse projects.
Additional Skills Required
- Partnering within the organization to develop and deliver assessments and evaluations aligned with company goals.
- Communicating business objectives and priorities to internal and external stakeholders.
- Leveraging strong interpersonal skills to drive and support complex projects.
Qualifications
- An advanced degree (PhD, MD, MBA) with finance discipline preferred.
- A consulting background is strongly recommended.
- Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance is preferred.
