Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Reservations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our reservations department, you will be responsible for:

  • Directing, guiding, and training our Reservations Sales Agents on their core duties
  • Assisting the Reservation Manager in achieving reservation KPIs, including membership enrollment
  • Cocaching, motivating, or disciplining team members as needed to maintain a positive and successful team environment
  • Focusing on driving LQA, including reporting, training, and development of all team members
  • Maintaining close liaison with Reservations and Revenue Managers on availability, pricing, and methodology
  • Ensuring stop sells on room types, market segments, and rate levels are enforced with the team when directed by the Revenue or Reservations Manager
  • Managing arrivals seamlessly by overseeing arrival checks in conjunction with the Reservations Manager
  • Processing and inputting reservations according to Hotel standard operating procedures
  • Coordinating group reservations to maximize efficiency and eliminate revenue rebates
  • Maintaining a positive selling approach to maximize yield in occupancy

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A guest-focused personality and prior management or leadership experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in Hotel PMS systems, such as Opera and Opera Cloud (an advantage)
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
