About the Role

As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading our teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will support and drive our teams to maintain consistent operational standards, mentor store leadership teams, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead teams to provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Support and drive teams to maintain operational standards
  • Mentor store leadership teams to develop and perform
  • Drive sales growth and achieve KPIs
  • Evaluate store performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with head office support teams to ensure store success

About You

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual with a passion for homewares and customer service. You will have a strong background in retail management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to identify opportunities for growth.
