We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Companion, Registered Nurse, or Food Services Assistant. As a member of our team, you will provide care and support that enhances our residents' wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

• Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Assist with meal preparation and service, ensuring that residents receive nutritious and appetizing meals.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in aged care.
• Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting a culture of empathy, compassion, and inclusivity.

• Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or a Diploma/Bachelor of Nursing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Availability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including weekends and public holidays.
• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and current year's influenza.
