Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead concurrent water infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance safety, commercial performance, and quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with tendering and commercial teams from bid stage to completion.
  • Oversee a dedicated support team, including HSEQ resources, commercial and project controls specialists, and CA or QS professionals.
  • Manage a team of direct reports (6-10), providing guidance and mentorship to drive success.
  • Report directly to the General Manager, working flexibly across office and site environments.

About You:

  • Background in Tier 2-4 civil or utilities contracting, with a deep understanding of utilities infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to add value through early contractor involvement and engineering-led problem-solving.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing high-performing teams and driving business growth.
