Early Childhood Educator Role

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated educator to join our team.

This role involves working collaboratively with senior educators and the educational leader to design and implement engaging learning programs for children, providing high-quality care and education, and building strong relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Provide individualized care and education to children, promoting their physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and children, demonstrating empathy and patience when needed.

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III in Childhood or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Qualifications
