To succeed in this position, you will need a minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to work effectively as part of a tight-knit team, delegating tasks where necessary.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
