Key Responsibilities- Process and coordinate customer orders, ensuring prompt delivery and minimizing impact on customers and supply locations.
- Develop and maintain SAP key user knowledge for transactional processing in line with company processes and procedures.
- Gain a deep understanding of systems transactional knowledge to assist in testing changes and improvements within the supply chain.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve problems and contribute to knowledge management.
- Interact with internal and external customers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Identify and target key cost drivers within the supply chain to reduce procurement costs.
- Negotiate vendor pricing and procurement of materials according to supply chain estimates.
- Process purchase orders and collect necessary vendor quality paperwork.
- Respond promptly to expediting requests from internal stakeholders to meet end customer requirements.
- Understand Supply Chain manufacturing facility practices to ensure smooth end-to-end processes.
- Strong process-driven skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English language.
- Customer service mindset and highly developed computer skills – Microsoft Office.
- Diploma in Purchasing or Certificate in Procurement and Support Operations or equivalent.
- Experience in Purchasing or Procurement and SAP experience.
