Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality educational programs that foster a child's curiosity, creativity, and sense of wonder. They will work collaboratively with the centre team to create a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in children.

The educator will also be responsible for building strong relationships with families, engaging with them to understand their child's needs, and working together to provide the best possible care and education.

Additionally, the educator will contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the centre's policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring that they align with the National Quality Framework and other regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Australian Working Rights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
