Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Nurse to join our team on a full-time or part-time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have previous acute Cardiology experience and be passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.

Our hospital is a leading inner-city healthcare provider, offering a range of services including Acute Surgical, Medical, Rehabilitation, Coronary, and Intensive Care. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly experienced team of nurses and medical professionals, developing your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

This role involves delivering quality-nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual patient care. You will also be responsible for providing a safe and supportive environment for patients and families, promoting beneficial relationships and encouraging effective communication.

About Our Team

We have a 31-bed Coronary Care Unit that performs a wide range of interventional cardiac procedures. Our team provides MET service for the hospital and adjoining medical suites, as well as a Priority Admission Service for chest pain and related respiratory conditions.

In this role, you will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager and dedicated Staff Development Nurse, as well as a highly experienced team of Clinical and Registered nurses. We offer ongoing training and development opportunities to support your growth and advancement in your career.

Responsibilities:
