Job Title:

Senior Financial Reporting Manager

This is a senior management position responsible for leading a team or department. The Tax and Financial Reporting (TXFR) team handles the production of financial statements, tax, and regulatory reporting.

The role involves managing tax and financial reporting operations at a site or functional level, including people managers, and collaborating across departments to develop cost-effective solutions that meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities include assessing new business opportunities against existing capabilities, supporting employee career development through defined career paths, training, and professional development plans, evaluating risks and controls, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal controls, leading strategic planning, prioritizing business development, and overseeing execution.

Additionally, the role requires monitoring Profit and Loss, expenses, budgeting, and planning, achieving departmental goals, handling complex issues, and managing resolution of business requests.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant experience, a Chartered Accountant, CFA, or MBA qualification, and experience in financial markets and fund accounting.

Proven experience in financial services, client and project management, strategic and operational management, strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills, and advanced knowledge of accounting, financial services, and global markets are also essential.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
